After you delete photos from iCloud it moves them to the iCloud Recently Deleted folder where they can stay for up to 40 days before being deleted automatically. One quality feature of this is that it lets you review the number of days left before photos or videos are to be erased entirely. To permanently delete photos from iCloud steps are as follows -
1. Open your preferred web browser and then sign in to iCloud.
2. Select the Recently Deleted option from the pane present on the left side of the screen.
3. Locate the photo you wish to remove and right click on them and select the delete option in the upper right part of the screen.
4. When the verification message appears, click the Delete button. Remember that once you choose to delete photos and videos from this place, it cannot be retrieved.
