If you have purchased a subscription to Premium Member Services that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period, except as otherwise communicated to you by SelfiePoll.com. You will retain access to the Premium Member Services from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. Premium Membership subscription fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by the SelfiePoll.com. If SelfiePoll.com reasonably determines that a user has violated these Membership Terms of Service, SelfiePoll.com may immediately terminate the subscription and the user’s access to Member Services without notice and without refund. You can cancel your unused SelfiePoll.com Contest Creator Packages within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If a package includes multiple contests, the entire package must be canceled for a refund. Partial package refunds are not permitted. You can cancel your Crowdfunding Backer Payment to SelfiePoll.com within 30 days for a refund. Any products/materials provided must first be returned before a refund is issued. If products/materials are not returned, an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the products/materials that were not returned.
